Ahlat Shopping Center, whose construction is carried out by Bitlis Ahlat Municipality, is opening its doors by the end of this year.
Yapımı Bitlis Ahlat Belediyesi tarafından yürütülen Ahlat AVM, bu yıl sonunda kapılarını açıyor.
Constructed by Bitlis Ahlat Municipality and is expected to bring economic boom to the region, Ahlat Shopping Center will open its doors by the end of this year. Built on approximately 20 thousand square meter area, Ahlat Shopping Center has 85 thousand square meter indoor area. Construction of Ahlat Shopping Center will cost approximately 25 million TL.
Ahlat Mayor A. Mumtaz Coban, stated that the construction of the shopping center will be constructed by the end of the year and open its doors. Stating that the shopping center will contribute greatly to the region in terms of economy, “The shopping center will have great social and economic contribution to the region. We are creating a place, where our people can spend time together in Ahlat. The shopping center will not contribute only to Ahlat but also the region. Our people and county can enjoy it,” said Coban.
In addition to the stores, Ahlat Shopping Center will provide service with a wedding hall, food court, 2 movie theaters, 2 Turkish baths, exclusive to men and women, sauna and gym. the shopping center will also have a car park with a capacity of 200 vehicles.
Bitlis’in Ahlat Belediyesi tarafından inşa edilen ve bölgeye ekonomik canlılık getirmesi hedeflenen Ahlat AVM, bu yıl sonunda kapılarını açacak. Yaklaşık 20 bin metrekare alan üzerine kurulan Ahlat AVM, 85 bin metrekarelik kapalı alana sahip. Ahlat AVM’nin yapımı ise yaklaşık 25 milyon TL’ye mal olacak.
Ahlat Belediye Başkanı A. Mümtaz Çoban, AVM’nin inşaat çalışmalarının yıl sonuna dek tamamlanarak kapılarını açacağını belirtti. AVM’nin bölgeye çok büyük ekonomik katkı sağlayacaklarını dile getiren Çoban, “AVM’nin ilçeye sosyal ve ekonomik olarak önemli katkıları olacak. Halkımızın Ahlat’ta birlikte zaman geçirecekleri bir mekan oluşturuyoruz. AVM, sadece Ahlat’a değil, bölgeye katkı sunacak. Halkımıza ve ilçemize hayırlı olsun” diye konuştu.
Ahlat AVM, toplam 85 bin metrekarelik kapalı alanda mağazaların yanı sıra düğün salonu, food court, 2 ayrı sinema salonu, kadın ve erkeklere özel 2 ayrı hamam, sauna ve fitness salonları ile hizmet verecek. Ayrıca AVM, 200 araç kapasiteli otoparka sahip olacak.
