Türkerler Holding, Mahall Ankara ve Mahall Bomonti İzmir projelerinin işletmesi için Divan Grubu ile anlaşma imzaladı.
Turkerler Holding has signed an agreement for the operation of Mahall Ankara and Mahall Bomonti Izmir projects with Divan Group.
Koç Holding iştiraki Divan Grubu, Türkerler Holding tarafından geliştirilen Mahall Ankara projesinin bir bölümünün ve Kule ofislerin işletmesini, Mahall Bomonti İzmir projesindeki tüm rezidansların işletmesini “Divan Residence” markası ile üstlenecek.
Türkerler Holding Yönetim Genel Koordinatörü Attila Sezgin, Türkiye’nin en köklü gruplarından biriyle işbirliği yapmaktan büyük memnuniyet duyduklarını belirterek, “İnanıyorum ki bu işbirliği gayrimenkul sektöründe standartları çok daha yukarı taşıyacaktır” dedi.
MAHALL BOMONTİ İZMİR
Uluslararası standartlarda yepyeni bir yaşam, iş ve eğlence merkezi yükseliyor: Uluslararası standartlarda ofis katları, rezidanslar, dünya markası eğlence ve alışveriş markalarından oluşan meydanı, müze, açık hava sineması, 58. kattan tüm körfeze hakim seyir terası, şık restoran ve kafelerden oluşacak Mahall Bomonti İzmir, özgün konseptiyle İzmir’de birçok ilki bir arada sunacak. Divan Residence, Mahall Bomonti İzmir projesinin rezidans işletmeciliğini üstleniyor olacak.
MAHALL ANKARA
Ekim 2016 itibariyle teslim edilmeye başlanan Mahall Ankara, Eskişehir Yolu üzerinde günde 10 bin kişinin yaşayacağı, çalışacağı, eğleneceği bir konut, ofis, alışveriş alanlarından oluşan farklı ve çok yönlü bir karma proje... Kent mimarisiyle uyumlu, özellikleriyle şehre değer katan Mahall Ankara; mahalle sıcaklığını yaşatma temasıyla planlandı. Proje çerçevesinde 315 adet ofis, 246 adet konut, 78 adet City Suits ve 64 adet mağaza ile pek çok fonksiyonu içinde barındırıyor.
Divan Group, which is a participation of Koc Holding, will undertake operation of a part of Mahall Ankara project, developed by Türkerler Holding, Kule offices and all residences at Mahall Bomonti Izmir project with “Divan Residence” brand.
Türkerler Holding Management General Coordinator Attila Sezgin stated that they were very pleased to cooperate with one of the most well established groups in Turkey and said the following: “I believe that this cooperation will make the standards much higher in the real estate sector.”
MAHALL BOMONTI IZMIR
A new living, business and entertainment center rises in international standards: Mahall Bomonti Izmir will offer many firsts together with its original concept in Izmir, with its office storeys at international standards, residences, its square, consisting of world brand entertainment and shopping brands, museum, outdoor movie theater, its watch terrace, which overlooks the whole gulf from the 58th storey and its restaurants and cafes. Divan Residence will be operating the residence of Mahall Bomonti Izmir project.
