Eroğlu’nun Seyrantepe’de yükselen prestij projesi Skyland İstanbul, şehrin en özel konseptli alışveriş merkezine ev sahipliği yapmaya hazırlanıyor. Eroğlu Gayrimenkul, 800 milyon dolar yatırımla hayata geçirdiği son projesi Skyland İstanbul’da rezidans ve ofislerin yanı sıra özel konseptli bir alışveriş merkezi açacak.
EROĞLU GAYRİMENKUL YATIRIMLARI 2,5 MİLYON METREKAREYE ULAŞACAK
Eroğlu Gayrimenkul, üçü İstanbul’da, biri İstanbul dışında inşası planlanan 4 yeni büyük proje üzerinde de çalışmalarına devam ediyor. Kartal, Basın Ekspres, Kağıthane ve güneydeki bir ilde yer alacak bu projelerin tamamlanmasıyla birlikte Eroğlu Gayrimenkul’ün ulaşacağı toplam alan 2,5 milyon metrekarenin üzerinde olacak.
ERASTA, EDİRNE’NİN EN BÜYÜK AVM’Sİ OLACAK
Eroğlu Holding’in 2017’de tamamlanacak diğer alışveriş merkezi projesi de Erasta Edirne. Eroğlu Holding, Erasta AVM’ler zincirine son halkayı da Edirne’de ekleyecek. 2017’de açılacak Erasta Edirne, Edirne’nin 120 mağazasıyla en büyük alışveriş merkezi olacak. Nurettin Eroğlu, “Erasta Edirne ile de şehrin ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel alanlarda gelişimine katkıda bulunacağız” dedi.
40 ülkede 700’den fazla mağaza
Eroğlu Holding kendi markaları Colin’s ve Loft dışında birçok dünya markasına da üretim yapıyor. Holdingin geçtiğimiz yıl 1 milyar 500 milyon dolar olarak gerçekleşen konsolide cirosunda tekstil şirketlerinin payının yüzde 80 olduğunu vurgulayan Nurettin Eroğlu, “Bugün yurt içinde ve yurt dışında Türkiye dahil 40 ülkede toplam 700’ü aşkın mağaza ve 5 üretim tesisiyle faaliyet gösteriyoruz” dedi. Nurettin Eroğlu ayrıca holdingin önemli adımlarından birinin de Hollanda menşeli dünya moda devi Mexx’i satın alması olduğunu hatırlattı.

INVESTMENTS OF EROĞLU REAL ESTATE WILL REACH TO 2,5 MILLION SQUAREMETER
Eroğlu Real Estate also continues to work on 4 new real estate projects that three of them are planned to be constructed in İstanbul whereas one is out of İstanbul. The total area that Eroğlu Real Estate will reach will be over 2,5 million square meter with the completion of these projects, which will be located in Kartal, Basın Ekspres, Kağıthane and a city in the south.
ERASTA WILL BE THE BIGGEST SHOPPING MALLI IN EDİRNE
Erasta Edirne is the other shopping mall project of Eroğlu Holding that will be completed in 2017. Eroğlu Holding will add the last ring to its Erasta Shopping Malls chain in Edirne. Erasta Edirne that will be opened in 2017 will be the biggest shopping mall of Edirne with 120 stores. Nurettin Eroğlu said “We will contribute to the development of the city in economic, social and cultural areas with Erasta Edirne”.
Over 700 stores in 40 countries
Eroğlu Holding makes production for also many world brands in addition to its own brands Colin’s and Loft. Nurettin Eroğlu who emphasized that the share of textile companies in the consolidated realized revenues of the holding as 1 billion 500 million dollars last year was 80 percent said “Today in Turkey and abroad, we operate with more than 700 stores and 5 production facilities in 40 countries including Turkey ”. In addition, Nurettin Eroğlu reminded that one of the important steps of the holding is the take over of world fashion giant Mexx that is Dutch originated.
