15 ülkede 2.5 milyar dolardan fazla gayrimenkul yatırımı bulunan ve Türkiye’de de çok sayıda AVM’in işletmesini yapan Prime Development, yönetim portföyüne Isparta Centrum Garden’ı da ekledi. Ispartalı iş adamı Mesut Şener’in yatırımı olan Centrum Garden, yaklaşık 30 bin metrekare kapalı alana sahip.
Prime Development Türkiye Yönetim Direktörü Emre Şen, Centrum Garden’in çok önemli bir lokasyonda bulundurduğuna dikkat çekti. Centrum Garden’ın 2017’ye yepyeni bir yüz ve konseptle gireceğini belirten Şen, şöyle konuştu: “Burası şehrin önemli bir lokasyonunda. Bizim için tek taş yüzük gibi duruyor. Ancak yüzüğün üzerindeki tozu hemen almamız ve hızlı bir şekilde hareket etmemiz gerekiyor. Markalarla görüşmelerimiz devam ediyor. Operasyonlarımızı hızlı bir şekilde yapacağız. 2017 başında her şeyiyle muntazam, güzel, ciddi, güçlü, kuvvetli bir Centrum Garden geliyor. Logomuzu bile değiştiriyoruz. Rekabete açık bir ortam… Şehre her anlamda destek vermemiz gereken süreç. Burası çok büyük bir yatırım. Yatırımın arkasında duran önemli bir grup var. Yeni markalarla güçlenen bir formata bürüneceğiz. Ocak ayı itibariyle 4×4’lük hale gelmiş olacak. Kapıdan girişte farkı hissedebileceğiniz bir hale gelmiş olacak.”

Emre Şen, Prime Development Managing Director of Turkey, cautioned that Centrum Garden is in a very important location.
