Hazır giyim sektöründe hizmet veren Dosso Dossi, Halkalı’da 160 konutluk bir projeye başladı.

Dosso Dossi Holding, son yıllarda İstanbul’un cazibe merkezlerinden biri haline gelen Halkalı’da 10 bin metrekare arsa üzerine inşa edeceği 160 konutluk proje için start verdi. 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 dairelerle ticari üniteler, loft ofisler ve sosyal tesislerin yer alacağı proje 18 ayda tamamlanacak.
Hazır giyim sektöründeki özgün projelerinin yanı sıra turizm, gıda ve inşaat alanında Türkiye ile birlikte Romanya’da yatırımları bulunduğunu bildiren Dosso Dossi Holding Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Hikmet Eraslan, Halkalı Projesi’yle zincire yeni bir halka eklemeye hazırlandıklarını söyledi. Proje için son hazırlıkların yapıldığını belirten Eraslan sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü: “İstanbul’un son yıllarda en çok prim yapan lokasyonlarından Halkalı’da 10 bin metrekarelik arsamızda inşa edeceğimiz proje için ilk kazmayı Ocak 2017’de vuracağız. Projemizde 1+1, 2+1 ve 3+1 dairelerin yanı sıra ticari üniteler, sosyal tesisler, loft ofisler yer alacak. Yapımı devam eden dünyanın en yüksek yolcu kapasiteli havalimanına yakınlığı, mevcut ve inşa edilecek raylı sistemlerle ulaşım kolaylığı ile İstanbul’un yeni cazibe merkezlerinden biri durumundaki Halkalı’da yükselecek projemizde üçüncü kattan itibaren tüm rezidanslar Küçükçekmece Gölü manzarasına sahip olacak. 18 ayda bitirmeyi öngördüğümüz projede dairelerimizi lansmana özel 400 bin-1,5 milyon TL fiyat aralığında satışa sunacağız.”
Halkalı projesinin lansmanını aralık ayında düzenlenecek Dosso Dossi Fashion Show ile birlikte yapacaklarını bildiren Hikmet Eraslan, konutlara büyük ilgi beklediğini vurguladı.

Stating that they have investments in travel, food and construction sectors in Turkey and Romania, Dosso Dossi Holding Chairman Hikmet Eraslan said that they were preparing to add another ring to the chain with Halkalı Project. Stating that the last preparations were being made for the project, Eraslan continued as follows: “We will start the construction for the project, we will build on a 10 thousand square meter land in Halkali, which is one of the locations in Istanbul, which is at a premium the most, in January 2017. Our project will contain 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 residences and commercial units, loft offices and social facilities. Our project, which will rise in Halkali, one of the new attraction attraction centers in Istanbul with its proximity to the airport with the largest passenger capacity in the world, which is under construction, ease of access to the existing rail systems and those to be constructed, will have all residences in it from the third storey onwards with views of Kucukcekmece Lake. We will offer the apartments in our project, we predict finishing in 18 months, between 400 thousand-1.5 million TL price range, which is special for the launch.”
Informing that they will launch the Halkalı project with Dosso Dossi Fashion Show in December, Hikmet Eraslan emphasized that he expected great interest for the residences.
